In Tennessee, Mindsett bills through Headway for Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Ascension (SmartHealth), Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), UnitedHealthcare (Optum), and Aetna. Natalie is not independently credentialed with these plans in Tennessee. Please confirm your benefits directly before scheduling.
