Do you take Insurance?
We proudly accept Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Virginia, Oscar Health, and Oxford. If you have any questions regarding payment options or insurance coverage, please feel free to contact our office for assistance.

We partner with Headway to process insurance and billing for our practice. You can find my provider profile here and after creating a profile with them you can see your financial responsibility for each session!
How do I book an appointment with Natalie?
Booking an appointment with me is easy and convenient. You can request an appointment by emailing us at mindsetthealth@gmail.com or you can book directly though our billing partner, Headway by clicking here

Once your appointment has been booked you will receive access to our patient portal and a link to download Spruce, our secure communication app!
Is there a cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure that we can provide the best service to all our patients. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours to avoid any fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of $120. Additionally, please be aware that our providers will only wait 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive later than this, the session may be considered a missed appointment and the cancellation fee may apply.
What types of therapy does Natalie offer?
Natalie offers a range of therapeutic approaches to support her clients' mental health and well-being. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. Additionally, she provides Brief Supportive Therapy, offering emotional support and practical advice in a short-term, focused manner. Natalie's expertise in Emotion-Focused Therapy enables her to help clients process and understand their emotions, fostering personal growth and healing. Her Client-Centered Therapy approach ensures a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where clients feel heard and valued. Through Talk Therapy, Natalie creates a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, facilitating meaningful conversations that promote insight and change.
I don't have Insurance. Can I still see Natalie?
Absolutely! At Mindsett, we strive to make the payment process as convenient as possible. You can pay by cash ($230/new patient or $120/follow up), or use out-of-network benefits. Natalie is happy to provide you with a super bill to give to your insurance provider! In some cases a portion of the visit cost is reimbursed to you.
