Mindsett Mental Health and Wellness

Terms of Use

Mindsett Mental Health and Wellness is operated by Mindset Mental Health LLC.

1. Website purpose

The Mindsett Mental Health and Wellness website provides practice information and access to scheduling and communication tools. Mindsett provides virtual mental health care for clients ages 5 and older in Virginia and Tennessee, with clinician Natalie Desseyn.

Website content is general information, not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use it as a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician about your own circumstances.

2. Appointment requests

Submitting an inquiry or scheduling request does not by itself establish a clinician-patient relationship. The website currently links to TherapyPortal for self-scheduling and intake paperwork.

3. Emergencies

The website, scheduling chat, and routine text messages are not emergency services. Do not rely on these channels for urgent help or assume they are continuously monitored. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

4. Appropriate use

Provide accurate information and use forms and scheduling tools only for yourself or someone you are authorized to represent. Parents or authorized guardians should identify their relationship when submitting an inquiry for a child. Do not use the website to send abusive, misleading, or unauthorized communications.

5. Third-party services

Linked scheduling, patient portal, messaging, virtual waiting room, billing, and purchase services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Those services are not represented as owned by Mindsett. Review the applicable service’s notices before providing information or completing a transaction.

The website currently links to TherapyPortal, Spruce, and Psychology Today for care-related tools.

6. Text Messaging Terms

Sender: Mindsett Mental Health and Wellness.

Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages.

For text-message support, contact info@mindsettmentalhealth.com or 540-530-4325.

Review the text-message privacy section of the Privacy Policy. Ordinary texts are not a secure patient portal and must not be used for emergencies.

7. Questions

Contact Mindsett at info@mindsettmentalhealth.com or 540-530-4325. Please describe your question or request and provide a way for the practice to respond. Do not include sensitive medical details in an ordinary email or text. The practice may need to verify your identity or authority before discussing someone’s information.

8. Effective date and updates

Updates to these terms will be posted on this page with the applicable effective date.
