Mental wellness, not mental illness
This isn’t a stuffy clinic where you feel like a chart number. It’s thoughtful psychiatric care for the real-life mix of hormones, stress, sleep, medication, and a calendar that is already doing the most.

My goal is simple: to take psychiatry out of the box and put you back at the center. I don’t just look at symptoms, I look at your whole life: hormones, stress, sleep, relationships, all of it.

Meet Natalie
Hi, I’m Natalie, double board-certified nurse practitioner, professional plate-spinner, and mom of two who knows firsthand how wild and exhausting life can get. I specialize in women’s mental health because I live it right alongside you. Hormones, burnout, transitions, the endless “what’s for dinner?” loop, I see you, and I built Mindsett to be a place where you don’t have to hold it all together by yourself.
I mix traditional psychiatry, yes, meds have their place, with holistic tools that actually fit into a busy woman’s real life. My goal? To help you feel steady, capable, and like yourself again, not some watered-down version running on fumes.
When I’m not working with patients, you’ll find me laughing with my kids, binging a good docuseries, or blasting music in the car like therapy on wheels.

What starting care can look like
No clipboards or cold stares, just real conversation about what has been difficult, what has helped, and what you want to change.
Symptoms matter, and so do hormones, sleep, stress, relationships, and the season of life you are in.
Your plan might include medication, lifestyle tweaks, therapy, or a mix of all three. We find what actually works for you.
